Here’s what your journey could look like:

• Business Performance & Strategy - Own COD business performance and strategic growth; manage quarterly budgeting by brand/business line; deliver monthly financial reporting (P&L, performance).

• Forecasting & Supply Chain - Produce monthly stock forecasts; ensure stock availability for launches and oversee the launch process; manage out-of-stock situations to protect sales while minimizing bottom-line impact.

• Cross-Functional Alignment & Governance - Lead quarterly initiative planning, secure resources across IT, BI, CRO, creatives, and media buying, and run regular syncs with Business Owners to resolve bottlenecks and ensure finance/accounting alignment.

• Initiative Planning & Alignment - Run quarterly initiative planning with internal/external teams, securing and coordinating resources across cross-functional teams (IT, BI, CRO, creative, media buying); drive engagement and advocacy for COD projects across departments.

• Operational Governance - Hold regular alignment meetings with Business Owners; resolve technical bottlenecks with IT; ensure alignment with finance/accounting on compliance.

• Growth & Innovation - Identify new growth areas and conceptualize initiatives (e.g., Pay by link, AI order confirmation); evaluate ROI and feasibility with IT and cross-functional teams.

• People & Team Leadership - Leverage team strengths, foster motivation and a positive environment, delegate effectively to drive productivity and growth.

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

• 3+ years in ecommerce, business management, operations, or strategy, including 1–2 years in leadership.

• Track record managing P&L, budgeting, and performance across multiple brands/business lines.

• Strong background in demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiative planning and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Analytical mindset, skilled in ROI/business case evaluation and new growth opportunities (e.g., AI tools).

• Solid grasp of finance and accounting principles in business operations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.

• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA a plus.
