We're looking for an Influencer & Partnerships Manager who can spot the right creators, build authentic partnerships, and help our products reach new audiences through communities that genuinely care about what we create. :rocket:

Source and evaluate TikTok micro and nano influencers whose audiences align with our product.
Craft outreach messages that feel personal and on-brand, not templated.
Negotiate and close partnership agreements, handling contracts and briefing documents.
Onboard new TikTok partners and support them through their first campaigns.
Manage and nurture our existing partners network, keeping communication consistent, tracking performance, and resolving issues quickly.
Track key metrics across all partnerships and report on what is working and what is not.
Stay on top of TikTok trends and bring fresh ideas for how we can show up authentically.
Your part in the bigger picture:
A strong understanding of TikTok culture, content formats, and what makes creators resonate with younger audiences.
Excellent written communication skills in English, including the ability to adjust tone for different types of conversations.
Natural at building rapport quickly, both online and over a call.
Organized enough to manage multiple partnerships at the same time without things slipping through the cracks.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your pipeline.
Nice to have:
Prior experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or creator partnerships.
Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools or CRM platforms.
Experience creating or posting content on TikTok yourself.
