At this moment the team is looking for a hungry-to-learn Shopify Operations Intern.

If so, be ready to:

• Help QA Shopify stores by hunting down bugs, inconsistencies, and broken experiences after major updates.

• Dig into Shopify store issues together with the team — troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, test solutions, and help drive fixes through to resolution.

• Be the team’s go-to support for solving day-to-day e-commerce issues, from quick fixes to unexpected problems that need fast and reliable solutions.

• Keep product pricing, store information, and operational data accurate, up to date, and consistent across all stores.

• Help bring new products and entire Shopify stores to life, from initial setup through launch.

Our expectations for you:

• Recently completed or currently in the final year of a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;

• Able to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and care — without letting quality slip;

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks;

• Basic understanding of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus;

• Interest in e-commerce and a curiosity about how online stores work and grow;

• Can-do attitude and excitement about the digital world.
