At this moment the team is looking for a hungry-to-learn Junior Email Marketing Specialist.

Here’s what your journey could look like:
Support the execution of email and SMS campaigns from idea to launch (and beyond).
Learn how to build, schedule, and optimize campaigns in email & SMS platforms.
Assist in setting up and managing automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.).
Help segment audiences and personalize messaging based on user behavior.
Analyze campaign performance (opens, clicks, conversions) and share insights with the team.
Continuously test and improve campaigns through A/B testing (subject lines, creatives, timing, etc.).
Work closely with designers and copywriters to create engaging, conversion-driven content.
Support list growth and maintain database hygiene (cleaning, tagging, organizing contacts).
Stay curious and learn best practices in email & SMS marketing, including deliverability and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Collaborate with the team to spot opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention
Your part in the bigger picture:
Up to 1 year of experience in email or digital marketing (internships count!).
Strong eagerness to learn and grow in email & SMS marketing.
Curiosity about customer behavior, email marketing & everything - you enjoy digging into why things work (or don’t).
A proactive, can-do attitude; you take initiative and don’t wait to be told every step.
Willingness to get hands-on and execute, test, and improve campaigns continuously.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of marketing metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions) and interest in improving them.
Attention to detail and care for quality in everything you launch.
Familiarity with any email marketing platform (Klaviyo, Omnisend, etc.) is a plus, but not a must.
Excitement about the digital world and motivation to build a career in it.

From 1600 - 2200 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.
