We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Creative to generate scripts and ideas, build briefs, ship variations fast, and track results to improve the next batch of creatives.

Here’s what your journey could look like:

• Own sales impact of paid ads and improve revenue, profit with CPA on target

• Write direct response direct response scripts, angles, hooks, and iterations

• Build smart iterations, remakes, and refreshes based on winners and fatigue

• Turn plans into briefs give editors and designers clear direction

• Stay platform-native match placements, policies, and channel realities across Meta, Google, AppLovin, and more

• Track ad-level performance and turn results into the next batch

• Document what works keep the learning log clean, reusable, and easy to apply

• Watch the and bring new formats, angles, and tests to the POD

• Own end-to-end creative quality in your POD and partner ads before anything goes live

Your part in the bigger picture:

• Direct response mindset and strong understanding of conversion-focused creative

• Experience writing scripts and building winning hooks for paid marketing

• Have a strong eye for storytelling, copy, and consumer psychology

• Ability to work fast and improve from feedback and data

• Comfort reading performance metrics and spotting patterns in winners/losers

• Understand sales funnels—how traffic moves through each stage, and what content works where.

• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple concepts, channels and task types at once
