Currently, we are looking for a Junior/Mid-Level Operations Specialist to join our growing Operations team and to create a meaningful impact on building this future.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Own and continuously improve our process systems (primarily ClickUp and Zapier and similar), keeping them clean, reliable, and easy to use.

• Audit and redesign our ClickUp structure, workflows, and logic to better match how teams actually work.

• Build and maintain smart automations to reduce manual work and remove bottlenecks.

• Establish simple process governance (documentation, templates, permissions, periodic clean-ups) to keep systems scalable.

• Support recurring processes like OKRs by preparing templates, trackers, and timelines.

• Provide hands-on support (checklists, Gantt charts, task setup, troubleshooting) to help teams work more effectively.

• Partner with teams to simplify unclear or inefficient processes and implement practical improvements.

• Act as a positive process ambassador — making systems helpful, not bureaucratic.

• Prioritise and communicate improvements clearly, maintaining a focused backlog of changes.

Your part in the bigger picture:

• Experience in operations, process improvement, project coordination, or systems/tool administration in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong hands-on experience with ClickUp (or similar tool): structures, workflows, templates, dashboards, automations.

• Experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier preferred) and maintaining/testing automation logic.

• Ability to audit workflows, identify root causes, and design simple, practical solutions.

• Clear documentation and communication skills; comfortable supporting and training colleagues.

• Strong prioritisation and organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Practical, people-first mindset — focused on usability and adoption.

This role can evolve into leading cross-functional process projects end-to-end, with a clear path toward Project Manager / Process Project Lead.
