Here’s what your journey could look like:
Develop a brand retention strategy and lead the execution across retention initiatives.
Own retention performance by focusing on customer lifecycle, repeat purchase behavior, and long-term customer value.
Manage engaging email and SMS campaigns tailored to target audiences.
Analyze user behavior and identify missing growth opportunities.
Establish and manage email and SMS automations; run A/B tests to enhance customer engagement.
Segment contact lists to deliver personalised content based on user behaviours and interactions.
Conduct a thorough analysis of retention channels' performance to shape future retention marketing strategies.
Continuously optimize email, SMS content, and settings for improved deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates with a high focus on revenue.
Demonstrate your knowledge of conversion-oriented best practices in email, SMS & web push marketing (subject lines, copywriting, conversion design, list growth & management, segmentation, deliverability, and GDPR, CAN-SPAM/anti-spam laws).
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce cohesive campaign execution.
Your part in the bigger picture:
Proven hands-on experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
Previous experience with any ESP (Klaviyo, Omnisend or other) would be appreciated.
Confidence using analytics and reporting tools to track performance and measure impact.
Curiosity and willingness to deeply understand customer behavior and lifecycle dynamic.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency at analysing customer and campaign data and converting it into insights and action plans.
A can-do attitude and excitement about the digital world.
