We are looking for a TikTok Marketplace Lead to own and grow our TikTok Shop channel. In this role, you will define the channel strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage day-to-day performance across sales, ads, creators, and operations. You will shape how we go to market on TikTok Shop, improve results through testing and data, and ensure the shop runs smoothly and stays compliant.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:
Own the TikTok Shop channel strategy, including growth roadmap and revenue targets.
Define and optimize the go-to-market approach (product mix, pricing, promotions, merchandising).
Drive performance marketing and revenue growth, optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
Analyze channel performance and continuously test offers, creatives, bundles, and LIVE formats to improve results.
Build and scale a creator and affiliate program, including partnerships and commission structures.
Lead a cross-functional team across content, operations, analytics, and creator management.
Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and platform partners.
Oversee TikTok Seller Center operations, ensuring smooth execution and platform compliance.
Your part in the bigger picture:
2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, social commerce, or affiliate marketing.
TikTok Shop experience is a strong advantage, but not required.
1+ year of experience managing or leading a team or cross-functional projects.
Proven experience owning and growing a revenue channel, affiliate program, or creator program.
Strong commercial mindset with focus on margin, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
Strong understanding of performance metrics, using data to evaluate results, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with high ownership.
