We are currently looking for an experienced Creative Operations Manager, who would turn our creative department into a predictable, measurable system. You’ll remove friction, increase capacity, and help the team hit targets faster.

Here’s what your journey could look like:
Own the creative operating system: keep Sales PODs + functional teams (ad production, localization, content) working as one engine, with clear handoffs and rules.
Run performance ops metrics: track output, impact, speed, and bottlenecks in numbers and fix what slows the system down.
Scale the Sales POD workflow: preserve and expand POD systemization (planning, tools, production, quality, onboarding) without owning sales direction.
Capacity + resourcing to targets: own in-house + outsourced resourcing, set POD priorities, shift load, and restructure to hit business goals.
Lead AI in creative ops: architect the AI system, drive adoption, and expand capabilities.
Own continuous improvement: run experiments on process and team design to increase throughput and results.
Your part in the bigger picture:
Senior operator: 3-5+ years in Creative Ops / Marketing Ops / Production Ops in DTC / performance marketing / scaled content orgs.
Systems builder: you’ve built operating systems (cadence, standards, governance, capacity models) that scale output.
Metrics-first operator: you can quantify throughput, cycle time, rework, and bottlenecks, and use the data to change the system.
Capacity + resourcing owner: you’ve owned staffing and outsourcing decisions, set priorities, shifted load, and restructured teams to hit targets.
AI + automation: you’ve led AI/tool adoption in a production org (system architect, workflows, quality rules, rollout), not just “used AI.”
Operator qualities: clear communicator, strong ownership, calm under pressure, and comfortable making tradeoffs.
