Currently, we are looking for a Product Team Assistant to further cultivate groundbreaking concepts for both existing and new brands within their respective verticals.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Support the Product team in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth execution of tasks

• Handle analytics reporting to extract insights and drive data-informed decision

• Organize and manage product samples for testing, demos, and presentations

• Help coordinate and conduct focus groups to gather valuable customer feedback

• Assist with project planning, tracking milestones, and improving team collaboration

• Maintain organized documentation and keep project progress updated in our PM system

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

• Strong analytical skills and a natural problem-solver

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data

• Communicative, collaborative, and eager to support others

• Educational background in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar (preferred)

• Previous experience in retail or online retail is a plus

• Bonus: experience in private label product development or e-commerce

• Fluent in English

• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and sense of ownership

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding solutions
