Senior Data Analyst (Kaunas/Vilnius)
Millions of users worldwide. Billions in transactions. And one focused team, building high-impact solutions that scale across the globe every single day.
Orbio World is where top minds push the boundaries of global e-commerce. We build scalable systems, set trends, and create products used by millions. Here, ownership is expected, impact is real, and meaningful work takes priority.
Ready to change the game?
At Business Intelligence, your data doesn’t just sit in dashboards – it drives real decisions. Our leadership knows your name, values your insights, and counts on your work to steer the business. You’ll own projects end-to-end, shape strategy, and solve complex challenges across teams using modern tools like Google Cloud. From logistics to marketing, your impact is real. And big.
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help Orbio use data not just to understand what happened, but to shape what happens next. You’ll build domain expertise, deliver clear data-driven insights, and develop analytical MVPs while experimenting with AI-driven solutions. By turning validated ideas into scalable data solutions, you’ll help drive meaningful business impact. If you’re motivated by ownership, collaboration, and turning experimentation into results, we’d love to hear from you.
If this sounds like the perfect role for you, get ready to:
Act as the dedicated analytical partner for your domain: Support strategic and operational decisions with data at every meaningful step.
Shape direction, not just answers: Bring forward opportunities, define new metrics where needed, and influence how success is measured.
Validate ideas before scaling them: Build and test analytical MVP – including AI-driven approaches where relevant – before translating validated concepts into scalable solutions with engineering.
Bring structure to complexity: Align stakeholders on definitions, logic, and trade-offs, ensuring analytical solutions are sustainable and future-proof.
Elevate how the team uses data: Strengthen decision-making discipline within the domain by embedding data into everyday workflows and long-term planning.
Our expectations for you:
Professional Experience: You bring 4+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or a highly technical data role, with a proven track record of influencing strategic decisions through data.
Domain Ownership: You are capable of building deep expertise within a specific business domain, quickly understanding its drivers, challenges, and metrics, and becoming a trusted analytical partner to the team.
Strategic Analytical Thinking: You don’t just answer questions – you proactively identify opportunities, connect disparate data points, challenge assumptions, and shape better business decisions.
SQL & Data Depth: You have expert-level SQL skills and are fully comfortable working with complex transformations, large-scale datasets, performance optimization, and designing robust analytical logic.
Experimentation & MVP Mindset: You confidently develop analytical MVPs, test hypotheses, and experiment with AI-driven or advanced solutions before translating validated concepts into clear, scalable requirements for data engineering.
Ownership & Quality Bar: You take full ownership of outcomes, set a high standard for analytical rigor, and thoroughly validate assumptions, edge cases, and logic to ensure insights are accurate and decision-ready.
Technical & Cross-Functional Leadership: You collaborate seamlessly with engineering and business stakeholders, clearly articulating requirements, influencing priorities, and ensuring analytical solutions are scalable and embedded into operations.
Data Governance & Standards: You actively contribute to maintaining strong data governance, documentation, and quality standards, raising the overall maturity of data practices.
Communication: You communicate complex insights clearly and confidently in both Lithuanian and English, tailoring your message to both technical and non-technical audiences.
