• Professional Experience: You bring 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or a related technical role within a modern data environment, with a track record of delivering impactful, business-facing insights.

• SQL Expertise: You have advanced SQL skills and are fully comfortable working with complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization in large-scale datasets.

• BI & Tool Adaptability: You have strong expertise in at least one BI tool and confidently adapt to new tools and technologies, selecting the most effective approach based on the problem — not habit.

• Ownership & Proactivity: You take full ownership of your work, proactively move initiatives forward, and hold a high standard for accuracy — digging into details and edge cases to ensure outputs are reliable and decision-ready.

• Technical Collaboration: You collaborate seamlessly with data engineering and IT teams, clearly defining requirements, validating logic, and ensuring solutions are scalable and technically sound.

• Data Governance Awareness: You understand data governance principles and actively contribute to maintaining clean, trustworthy, and well-documented data assets.

• Communication: You communicate clearly and confidently in both Lithuanian and English, translating technical findings into insights that drive action for business stakeholders.
