In this role, you’ll be part of the team that tests, measures, and improves performance across our products and funnels. You’ll help run experiments, prepare data, and implement tools that drive real conversion gains, learning how growth is built step by step.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Supporting CRO experiments from idea generation through implementation and results evaluation

• Preparing and organizing data for analysis

• Assisting with implementation of growth projects

• Supporting day-to-day growth and optimization tasks

• Collaborating on both analytical and creative initiatives

• Supporting analysis of user behavior (funnels, heatmaps, session recordings)

• Helping set up and quality check A/B tests, landing pages, funnels

What we expect from you

• Interest in ecommerce, optimization, and experimentation

• Comfort working with tools and data

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Proactive, hands-on attitude

• Motivation to grow into a performance-focused role

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce, or CRO concepts

• Nice to have: Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)

💵 Salary. This is not an internship - it’s a paid, entry-level role, with the salary of 1200 Eur/month (gross).

You’ll start with a 6-month fixed-term contract, created as a learning-first start. If things go well on both sides, there’s a clear opportunity to move into a permanent role.
