We seek an ambitious and exceptionally motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager who will orchestrate the cultivation and oversight of affiliative alliances. Through these partnerships, we aim to propel the influx of traffic, amplify sales, and realize a host of other coveted outcomes for our array of products and services.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:
Identify and manage key partners, working closely with them to build strong relationships and increase brand exposure and revenue
Recruit new affiliate partners by researching existing industry players, as well as identifying and developing new partnership verticals
Optimize the performance of existing partners through continuous monitoring and targeted improvement initiatives
Analyze performance data to identify underperforming areas and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (CRO, Product, and other specialists) to drive partner success
Regularly review performance reports to identify risks, issues, and growth opportunities
Research and test innovative channels, strategies, and approaches to promote Orbio World brands and products
Take a hands-on, proactive approach to identifying opportunities, testing new ideas, analyzing results, and scaling successful initiatives
Your part in the bigger picture:
Experience in partnerships, e-commerce, or online marketing
Strong analytical skills with confidence in interpreting performance data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven negotiation skills focused on achieving measurable results
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and responsibilities
Strong interest in the e-commerce sector
Working knowledge of key digital marketing disciplines, including CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO is a plus
Experience with attribution and tracking platforms, CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms is considered a plus
