Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated Email Marketing Intern to join our Retention Team and help us keep our customers engaged and excited about our products.

Excited to make it real?
Here’s what your journey could look like:

• Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, designing layouts, and selecting images;

• Contribute to the creation of engaging and relevant content for email campaigns, including writing compelling subject lines, body copy, and calls to action;

• Assist in A/B testing of various elements within email campaigns (subject lines, content, send times, etc.) to optimize performance and increase open and click-through rates;

• Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement;

• Manage email campaigns translation and localization.

Your part in the bigger picture:

• Recently completed a degree in marketing, communications or a related field would be appreciated;

• Good written communication skills with an ability to craft engaging and concise content;

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks;

• Basic understanding of email marketing concepts and tools is a plus;

• Creative thinking and an eagerness to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
