A significant part of our operations is the Reputation Team, which actively manages our brands’ online presence by building communities, shaping conversations, and ensuring trust across digital channels. Through proactive engagement, meaningful content, and community leadership, the team helps amplify Orbio brands globally.

As a Growth & Online Community Manager, you’ll not only manage but also own the strategy and execution of community building and social media growth, helping raise our reputation to new heights.

Here’s what your journey could look like:

• Lead the growth of vibrant, high-trust communities around Orbio brands - with Reddit as your core playground - while strengthening our presence across platforms like Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and emerging community hubs.
• Own the end-to-end community strategy, identifying trends, opportunities, and conversation gaps.
• Craft persuasive, high-impact copy and conversation starters that spark meaningful discussions, build advocacy, and nurture relationships with users, moderators, and key opinion leaders across digital ecosystems.
• Drive organic community expansion through AIEO and SEO-backed content strategies, ensuring our posts, comments, and educational material enhance discoverability, increase brand search volume, and improve Google sentiment ratings.
• Act as a community ambassador, engaging authentically, addressing concerns transparently, and representing Orbio’s brand voice with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Take full ownership of performance monitoring, analyzing engagement metrics, sentiment trends, and user insights.

Your part in the bigger picture:

• Proven experience as a Community Manager, Online Reputation, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in building communities around brands (bonus points if you’ve done it from scratch in fast-paced start-ups).
• Strong knowledge of online community best practices – especially on Reddit. (Extra points if you’re an avid Reddit user or have experience moderating subreddits.)
• Experience in managing campaigns and creating engaging copy across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
