Currently, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist. This role bridges marketing and technology, owning our retention tech stack, managing IT-related projects, and ensuring we have clean data, strong deliverability, and seamless execution across all brands.

Here’s what your journey could look like:
Own and maintain the retention tech stack (Iterable, SendGrid, etc.) and integrations with e-commerce, CRM, and analytics tools.
Ensure data accuracy, tagging standards, and event tracking across brands.
Develop email infrastructure, optimize deliverability, domain health, and automation setup.
Lead onboarding and configuration of new retention tools and features.
Manage IT and MarTech projects supporting retention goals — migrations, API integrations, data pipelines, and transactional flows.
Ensure technical solutions align with business goals, compliance, and scalability standards.
Maintain data taxonomies, segmentation logic, and compliance with GDPR/CAN-SPAM
Monitor and ensure data hygiene across systems (suppression lists, bounce rules, opt-in data).
Map, document, and continuously improve key retention workflows (campaign QA, approvals, reporting).
Maintain detailed SOPs and internal playbooks for the Retention team.
Your part in the bigger picture:
3-5+ years in marketing operations, MarTech, or CRM project management, ideally within D2C or subscription-based e-commerce.
Proven experience leading technical marketing or IT integration projects (e.g., ESP migrations, API setups, deliverability infrastructure).
Strong understanding of data flows, event tracking, and retention KPIs.
Preferably, hands-on knowledge of tools like Iterable, Sendgrid, and Tableau.
Excellent organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate marketing needs into clear technical requirements.
Familiarity with deliverability principles, GDPR compliance, and multi-brand data management.
