Currently we are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable Accounting Team Lead. A person who has hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting and deep knowledge of finances and business in general. 💶

• Take ownership of diverse accounting responsibilities, including AR, AP, payroll, reconciliations, and preparing annual accounts;

• Collaborate closely with other departments to address operational challenges and drive improvements;

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a skilled accounting team, fostering professional development;

• Identify inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions to enhance process workflows;

• Manage workloads effectively, especially during critical periods such as year-end reporting;

• Utilize advanced MS Office tools to handle and analyze large volumes of financial data;

• Communicate clearly and effectively with senior management and team members;

• Be part of a company that values your analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to excellence.

Your part in the bigger picture:

• Higher degree in accounting or equivalent;

• 3 to 5 years experience in accounting/audit;

• Strong ability to manage, motivate, and mentor an accounting team;

• Expertise in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including AR, AP, payroll, reconciliations, annual accounts;

• In-depth knowledge of Lithuanian or other country accounting standards; laws, regulations, taxes, familiarity with international accounting standards;

• Skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve process workflows;

• Ability to work with other departments to address operational challenges;

• Skills to prioritize tasks and manage workloads during busy periods (e.g., year-end reporting);

• Clear and effective communication with both the team and senior management;

• Analytical thinking and ability to work with big amount of data;

• Excellent MS Office skills.
