A significant part of our operations is the Reputation Team, which actively monitors and manages our brand’s online presence by addressing feedback, mitigating risks, and fostering positive discussions across digital platforms. Through strategic engagement and crisis management, the team works to maintain trust, protect our reputation, and strengthen our brand’s credibility in a competitive landscape.

As a Junior Online Reputation Specialist, you will be directly responsible for making our brands stand out on TikTok and ensuring our community sees us as trustworthy, fun, and fabulous.

• Create, film, and edit organic TikTok videos that highlight our products, share engaging stories, and reflect brand personality.
• Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and formats, quickly adapting them to fit our brands in a creative way
• Actively engage with followers in comments, messages, and live streams, building strong relationships and ensuring our reputation stays positive
• Collaborate with other teams (design, content, marketing) to produce TikTok-ready materials and campaigns.
• Monitor TikTok performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and make data-driven decisions to boost reach and content quality.
• Help build our reputation by ensuring consistent, authentic, and high-quality brand image in every TikTok interaction.
• Experiment with new creative approaches, test different video styles, and always look for ways to take our TikTok presence to the next level.

• Motivation to learn and grow in social media and content creation.
• Creativity and curiosity about TikTok – you enjoy filming, editing, and experimenting with short-form content.
• Ability to communicate clearly and engagingly in English (written and spoken).
• Attention to detail and a good sense of what makes content resonate with different audiences.
• Enjoyment in a dynamic, fast-changing environment where trends shift quickly.
• Prior experience with TikTok, video editing, or social media content creation would be a strong advantage.
