Orbio World’s IT Team contributes a lot to the success of our brands while taking care of all complex functionalities in eCommerce websites, and other teams' inquiries. They work with trending technologies, hold high standards for code quality, and apply Agile development principles to our work. Currently, We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to take ownership of our workplace technology environment. In this role, you will manage all aspects of hardware, software, and system administration, ensuring smooth daily operations for all employees.

If so, then these would be your key responsibilities:

Equipment Management

• Oversee all work-related equipment: inventory, procurement, setup, distribution, and tracking
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues, or coordinate repairs/replacements with suppliers
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions

Systems Administration

• Manage and maintain internal tools and platforms (communication, productivity, project management, credential management)
• Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions
• Maintain software applications and ensure installations are up to date

Employee Onboarding/Offboarding

• Prepare computers and system access for new employees
• Configure email, software, and permissions
• Manage email groups and access rights for arrivals and departures

User Support & Training

• Provide daily support to end users for hardware, software, and systems
• Resolve issues efficiently and document recurring problems
• Train employees on the proper use of tools, equipment, and IT procedures

Vendor Management

• Research and evaluate vendors for hardware/software procurement
• Negotiate pricing and coordinate orders and deliveries
• Maintain supplier relationships for equipment support and warranties

Meeting Room Support

• Maintain meeting room systems and equipment to ensure reliable operation

Our expectations for you:

• Experience in technical support, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SaaS tools and system management
• Familiarity with MDM platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware & software)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple systems concurrently
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration, user support, and vendor negotiation
• Familiarity with Apple products (MacBooks, iPhones, etc.)
