• Define and establish clear packaging structure and process.

• Improve and optimize the product unpacking experience to enhance customer satisfaction and brand perception.

• Develop the best packaging concepts and design for each brand.

• Work closely with internal product development and external design teams to ensure delivery of the highest quality and cost efficiency packaging solutions for new products.

• Coordinate and collect all the packaging needs across all teams within the company.

• Establish a centralised partners network for packaging supplies in Asia.

• Develop packaging quality control standards and procedures.

• Ensure packaging supplies on-time delivery to manufacturers.

• Salary. From 3000 Eur/month Gross (depending on individual experience).

Requirements:

• Previous experience(at least two years) working with packaging, packaging design, sourcing or similar fields.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Technical minded, organised, methodical and analytical approach.
• Excellent English communication skills. 
• Motivation and strong personal vision.
• Ability to work independently, sometimes in an unsupervised environment.
• Can-do attitude.
