• Build a brand-new, production-grade internal application from scratch — designed to help marketing teams create AI-powered web experiences at scale;
• Work hands-on across the full stack: from LLM-based backend logic to sleek, responsive frontends that deliver real business impact;
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and marketers to translate workflows into smart, intuitive, and scalable tools;
• Design and implement cloud-native, modular architecture on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Firestore, Pub/Sub, etc.);
• Integrate with Vertex AI, OpenAI, and Anthropic APIs — orchestrating multi-model pipelines for content generation and workflow automation;
• Rapidly prototype and iterate — balancing startup speed with long-term maintainability and performance;
• Contribute to defining our technical stack, best practices, and team culture as we scale Orbio’s AI capabilities.

What we expect you to bring

• Strong full-stack engineering skills — ideally with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and PHP (Laravel);
• Familiarity with Python or AI scripting tools is a plus.
• Experience building and deploying cloud-native apps — Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Firestore, or Vertex AI) preferred;
• Familiarity with AI development — from prompt design and model orchestration to basic understanding of fine-tuning and retrieval workflows;
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM APIs (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or open-source frameworks are a bonus);
• A knack for building developer platforms or internal tools that simplify complex workflows;
• Strong architectural mindset — designing systems that are scalable, secure, and extensible;
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Terraform/IaC, and modern dev tooling (GitHub Actions, Docker, etc.);
• Curiosity, pragmatism, and the ability to adapt quickly as we experiment with new technologies and approaches.
