This team is all about creating smart, efficient AI solutions that drive real impact across the company. From automating workflows to powering decision-making, you’ll help turn ideas into scalable tools that make the entire business run better.
And since we’re just getting started, you won’t just build solutions—you’ll help shape the entire AI function from the ground up: tools, processes, and how we work.

What we expect you to bring:

• Strong full-stack skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, and Python;
• Google Cloud experience—Cloud Run and Pub/Sub preferred; experience with Cloud Functions, Firestore, BigQuery, or GKE is a plus;
• Familiarity with large-language models (LLMs): prompt design, context handling, API orchestration, and basic understanding of fine-tuning approaches;
• AI developer tool belt—Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.;
• CI/CD and infrastructure expertise: Cloud Build, Terraform IaC, observability tools;
• Security and compliance mindset: OWASP best practices, least-privilege IAM (ISO/SOC2 familiarity is a plus);
• Workflow automation know-how with n8n or comparable platforms;
• Fluency in architectural trade-offs and the ability to defend choices in design and code reviews.
