We are currently looking for a Creative Lead. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the top-funnel creative performance of 2–3 brands, directly impacting revenue and profitability. You’ll oversee production of high-performing video and design assets, manage a multi-functional creative team, and deliver quarterly OKRs aligned with business goals.

• Drive revenue & profitability across your product portfolio.

• Manage ad production from strategy to delivery across multiple paid channels.

• Lead a creative team and optimize workflows for speed & quality.

• Collaborate with media buyers to analyze data, iterate quickly, and scale winning ads.

• Deliver quarterly OKRs and unlock new sales angles for growth.

• Streamline processes to hit 95%+ on-time delivery and maximize output.

• Continuously seek opportunities to unlock new creative approaches, contribute to cross-team initiatives, and support product launches.

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

• 3–5+ years in performance marketing or creative production (multi-channel/global experience preferred)

• Strong leadership & project management skills.

• Data-driven mindset with a passion for high-performing creatives.

• Fluent in English (written & verbal)

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and operationally excellent.
