We’re looking for a passionate and motivated senior lawyer to join our professional and driven legal team. In this role, you’ll be closely involved in the company’s day-to-day operations – providing legal input on business decisions, supporting cross-functional teams, and helping ensure we grow responsibly and with confidence.

🎯 What you’ll do:

• Be a trusted legal advisor to multiple teams in day-to-day operations – providing practical, business-oriented legal support.

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, service providers, marketing partners, affiliates, and others.

• Handle complex or escalated customer complaints and regulator requests, drafting official responses and helping resolve issues efficiently;

• Support marketing and product teams on fair advertising, pricing, and customer communication, across multiple markets (EU, UK, US, CA, AU).

• Review and maintain customer-facing legal content on our websites: Terms & Conditions, returns, guarantees, disclaimers, privacy notices, and more.

• Advise on e-commerce law, consumer protection, online sales practices, and product-related legal issues.

• Help improve internal legal workflows, playbooks, templates, and team processes – including contributing to the implementation of AI tools for contract review and the development of custom AI agents to streamline recurring legal tasks.

• Coordinate with external counsel where needed for local law advice or disputes.

📌 Our expectations for you:

• 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in-house in an e-commerce, retail, or tech company, or advising such clients in a law firm.

• Strong knowledge of EU consumer law, online selling rules, and digital commerce best practices. (Knowledge of US, UK, AU or other markets is a plus.)

• Experience reviewing commercial contracts, especially with marketing, logistics, or tech partners.

• Familiarity with customer-facing communications – from policies to marketing messages.

• A practical mindset – you give clear, actionable advice, not just legal theory.

• Excellent written English and confident drafting skills for both internal and external audiences.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills – you're comfortable advising non-lawyers and working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Tech-oriented mindset – confident using legal tools and AI-based solutions, eager to explore LegalTech for efficiency and scale.
