A significant part of our operations is the Reputation Team, which actively monitors and manages our brand’s online presence by addressing feedback, mitigating risks, and fostering positive discussions across digital platforms. Through strategic engagement and crisis management, the team works to maintain trust, protect our reputation, and strengthen our brand’s credibility in a competitive landscape.

As an Online Reputation Manager, you will strengthen your skills in the effective AIEO approach, communication, strategic initiatives, crisis management, and the overall world of online reputation. You’ll adapt to cutting-edge processes, continuously learn, and position yourself at the forefront of AI-driven reputation strategy — helping to elevate our products’ reputation to new heights.

• Strategically oversee and guide the Reputation Team, ensuring consistent delivery on KPIs and brand standards
• Understand and apply AIEO (Artificial Intelligence Engine Optimization) principles to elevate our brands in the evolving search landscape
• Thrive in an AI-first world – not stuck in traditional SEO dogmas, but ready to optimize for the future where AI discovery and content trustworthiness outpace Google rankings
• Develop and execute long-term reputation strategies that reinforce trust, credibility, and positive engagement across all digital platforms
• Create and manage strategic initiatives to boost ratings, reviews, and customer advocacy
• Report key insights, data, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement
• Lead with curiosity, using data, audience signals, and competitive intelligence to stay one step ahead of public sentiment and emerging trends
  

Our expectations for you:

• Proven experience in online reputation management, AIEO/SEO, or community management
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with experience leading or mentoring a team
• Deep understanding of modern discovery behaviors and AI-powered content ecosystems
• A mindset that embraces change – you're not stuck in old-school SEO, you’re building influence through relevance, credibility, and authority
• Flawless English communication (written & spoken)
• Bonus points for brand copywriting, or platform-specific content creation skills
