Orbio World’s IT Team plays a key role in driving the success of our brands by managing complex functionalities across our eCommerce platforms and supporting cross-functional team initiatives. Currently, we’re on the lookout for a talented and driven IT Project Manager who can confidently lead diverse IT projects, foster collaboration between teams, and help us deliver high-performing tech solutions on time and at scale. 🚀



If so, then get ready to:

•  Define sprint objectives, communicate priorities, and provide business context to guide development efforts;
• Engage with stakeholders to collect input, clarify requirements, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle;
• Lead and coordinate core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews;
• Oversee and maintain the product backlog, ensuring tasks are well-organized, up to date, and prioritized based on business value;
• Break down high-level business needs (epics) into clear, detailed user stories that include relevant context, requirements, and acceptance criteria;
• Partner closely with the development team on a daily basis to provide clarity, answer questions, and resolve ambiguities;
• Make informed decisions on feature implementation, urgent requests, and the team's task prioritization in real-time.

Our expectations for you:

• Identify and eliminate product-related blockers that could slow down development progress;
• Verify that completed features align with predefined quality benchmarks and meet the agreed acceptance criteria;
• Monitor development progress and consistently update internal teams and stakeholders on project status;
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment between product goals, strategic direction, and desired business outcomes;
• Draft documentation outlining feature requirements, business challenges, user objectives, and technical considerations;
• Support operational product tasks such as configuring pricing plans and handling setup-related activities.
