Since creating directly sales-promoting content and presenting it appropriately are integral aspects of our success, the Performance Creative team generates content that brings significant value to the company.

We are looking for a TikTok Performance Creative to work with high-scale marketplace, and ensure the success of Orbio products sales by creating high-performing short-form videos that generate traffic.

• Combine data-driven insights with TikTok trends to create scroll-stopping ads that sell — we’re talking millions in revenue;
• Develop strong visual concepts (mostly video's), catchy scripts, and killer hooks tailored for TikTok e-shop campaigns;
• Analyze creative performance, test hypotheses, and turn data into actionable wins;
• Collaborate with a team of designers, video editors, and media buyers to launch high-performing TikTok creatives fast;
• Stay plugged into TikTok trends, e-commerce hacks, and audience behaviors to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.

Our expectations for you:

• Understanding of traffic sources and a keen awareness of which creative formats thrive in those environments;
• Ability to create engaging video content — from concept to final edit — tailored for TikTok e-shop ads.
• A know-how of key performance metrics to analyze ads and develop actionable insights for improvement;
• A performance-driven mindset — you’re not just creative, you’re hungry to beat yesterday’s results.

• Native-level English fluency, along with the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
