We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to set creative direction and priorities that move paid channels revenue, profit and CPA in the right direction.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:
Own traffic source growth and set long-term and tactical creative plan and priorities
Guard creative health — keep channels, structures, angles, and testing frameworks healthy and on target
Develop creative concepts that can win across placements and platforms
Reduce risk and spot issues early, take action, and recover quickly from campaign drops
See the market, competition and trends and turn gaps into immediate opportunities
Work daily with the Creative Lead and Media Buyers to plan, test, and scale
Mentor and guide performance creatives, editors, and designers
Here’s how you’ll contribute:
Creative architect whose direction and testing strategy drives product performance across channels
Strong direct response mastery and understand conversion psychology and funnel mechanics
Can build clear storylines using proven structures and winning elements that shape user response
Manage stakeholders well and pitch, align, and win decisions using data and clear logic
Strong with AI and tooling and can discover, test, and roll out automated workflows
Lead innovation by bringing new formats, predicting trends, and keeping the team ahead
