We are looking for a Creative Strategist – a sharp thinker who knows what makes ads convert, and what makes people tick. If you love coming up with scroll-stopping ideas and turning data into creative that sells, this might be your next big move.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Come up with scroll-stopping ad concepts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube & beyond.
  

• Collaborate with creatives, editors, and content writers to bring those ideas to life.
  

• Analyze ad data and performance metrics to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
  

• Generate and test growth hypotheses based on data and creative results.
  

• Write clear briefs, sharp hooks, and creative directions.

• Research competitors and explore new formats, angles, and channels.

• Help us build ads that not only look good—but actually convert.

Here’s how you’ll contribute:
