And now, we’re looking for someone to join us. 

As a Creative Strategist, you'll sit at the intersection of growth and storytelling, working closely with media buyers, performance creatives, email marketing specialist, localization manager, designers, editors, and brand owners to launch campaigns that break through the noise.

• Come up with scroll-stopping ad concepts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube & beyond.

• Collaborate with creatives, editors, and content writers to bring those ideas to life.

• Analyze ad data and performance metrics to identify insights and improvement opportunities.

• Generate and test growth hypotheses based on data and creative results.

• Write clear briefs, sharp hooks, and creative directions.

• Research competitors and explore new formats, angles, and channels.

• Help us build ads that not only look good but actually convert.

• Think creatively and love performance.

• Can analyze data and extract actionable insights from results.

• Enjoy testing, learning, and moving fast.

• Have an eye for storytelling, copy, and consumer psychology.

• Bonus if you understand sales funnels, how traffic moves through each stage, and what content works where.

• Are curious about why things work and why they don’t.

• It would be perfect that you have 2-3+ years experience in this field.
