Then be ready to:

• Produce ad shoots and coordinate small-scale productions (e.g. studio shoots, location shoots, product demos), handling planning assets, logistics, scheduling, and delivery.
• Source on-demand ad content, manage and maintain a pipeline of UGC, b-roll, testimonial clips, and influencer content.
• Outreach and onboard ad production agencies, freelance creators and production partners for video or static content.
• Work directly with creative leads, product teams and other stakeholders to identify what kind of content is needed and deliver high-quality, on-brief content.
• Stay updated with DTC advertising trends and propose fresh ideas for content production.

Our expectations for you:

• 2-3+ years experience in content production, video producing, or creative project management — preferably in a DTC, agency, or performance marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of performance creative and what makes ads convert.
• Comfortable coordinating shoots and managing creators (both in-house and freelance).
• Experience working with external agencies and negotiating production deliverables.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills — you’re a proactive bridge between teams.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
