Currently, we are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our Finance team and to create a meaningful impact on building this future. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in global tax regulations, demonstrate sound judgment, and thrive in a dynamic business environment.

• Oversee global tax compliance with the support of external service providers, ensuring adherence to all direct and indirect tax regulations.

• Lead the management of all tax-related matters, and assist with registration processes in relevant jurisdictions.

• Manage the company’s transfer pricing policy and supporting documentation in coordination with third-party advisors.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, while proactively identifying risk mitigation and efficiency opportunities.

• Assist the finance team in the calculation of corporate income tax and deferred tax positions.

• Provide expert tax advisory to legal, finance, and other departments on a wide range of transactions and business acquisitions.

• Maintain and build strong relationships with tax authorities, external auditors, and service providers.

• Continuously explore tax planning and optimization opportunities that align with global compliance standards.

• Monitor tax law changes across jurisdictions and communicate implications to relevant internal stakeholders.

Our expectations for you:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in tax management, preferably in a multinational or complex business environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of direct and indirect tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

• Proven experience in developing and executing global tax strategies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated integrity, strategic mindset, and results-driven approach.
