Currently, we are seeking a visionary Head of Artificial Intelligence to lead our AI strategy, focusing on business process and product optimization, best-in-class tool selection, and AI-driven efficiency improvements. 

This role will oversee AI initiatives across departments, manage a team of AI specialists, and mentor managers across various teams to integrate AI-driven solutions that enhance operational performance.

• Develop and execute a company-wide AI strategy to build a strong technical and business-aligned strategy, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across business units and implement AI-powered solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into workflows, optimizing productivity and decision-making.
• Research and evaluate the latest AI-driven tools and technologies for automation, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Ensure AI tools align with business objectives and provide a high return on investment.
• Build and manage an AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Oversee AI projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Act as an AI advisor to department heads, helping them integrate AI solutions into their workflows.
• Train and mentor team leaders on how AI can enhance team performance and decision-making.
• Define and track KPIs for AI-driven improvements across the business.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data security regulations.

• Proven experience in AI leadership, business process optimization, or AI-driven transformation.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, automation, and AI-driven analytics.
• Experience in selecting and implementing AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Excellent team management and mentorship skills, with a track record of guiding high-performing teams.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and advise executives and team leaders on AI integration.
• Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and security best practices.
