Since creating directly sales-promoting content and presenting it appropriately are integral aspects of our success, therefore the Performance Creative team generates content that brings significant value to the company.

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for employing data-driven insights to strategically create and amplify compelling video content, ensuring decisions are informed by analytics for optimal success.

Create and scale winning video content for different channels (e.g. YouTube, Amazon, etc.)
Craft compelling video scripts and narrate stories through video and motion elements;
Make existing video corrections-changes to achieve even better results;
Analyze video performance data and drive data-driven iterations to enhance video performance and engagement;
Conduct A/B video testing to optimize content and enhance user engagement;
Analyze and provide insights from D2C competitors, implement practices in our video content;
Perform video actions aligned with revenue targets, maximizing the impact of our content;
Coordinate efforts with other teams and units, ensuring collaboration to achieve company goals.

Salary. From 1800 (gross), depending on individual experience and competence.

Requirements:

Our expectations for you:

2+ years of experience in video editing;
Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects is a must, experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, AI tools is a huge plus;
Creativity, an eye for details and the ability to craft appealing videos with strong narratives;
Ability to strategize and align video content with revenue targets, ensuring an effective approach towards achieving business goals;
Strong English language skills in both written and spoken form;
Previous experience working with e-commerce products, understanding their unique video content requirements and strategies for conversion optimization (nice to have).
