HR Operations Partner

We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Partner to join our HR team! In this role, you’ll manage and improve HR processes, ensure compliance with policies and labor laws, and support employees throughout their journey—from onboarding to offboarding. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR operations, working closely with different teams to make HR processes smoother and enhance the overall employee experience.
What you'll do:
- HR Operations & Compliance: Keep HR policies and procedures up to date, ensuring everything aligns with labor laws and company guidelines;
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions, all related documentation, making sure everything runs seamlessly;
- HR Systems & Data: Maintain and update HR tools, ensuring accurate records, reporting, and insights to support decision-making;
- Payroll & Benefits: Help process payroll, manage benefits enrollment, and support leave tracking in partnership with finance department;
- Performance & Development: Assist with performance reviews, engagement programs, and career development initiatives;
- Employee Support: Be the first point of contact for HR-related questions, policy guidance, and conflict resolution;
- Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to make HR processes more efficient and effective;
- Training & Compliance: Support HR training efforts so employees and managers understand company policies and legal requirements;
- HR Projects & Initiatives: Be a part of HR team and assist in different HR projects.
What you bring:
- Experience: 2-3 years in HR operations, HR generalist roles, or similar functions;
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, HiBob) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of labor laws, payroll, and compliance regulations;
- Soft Skills: Great communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and pro in time management;
- Team Player: Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

- 💵 Salary. From 2200 Eur/month Gross (the salary may vary, according to your experience and qualifications).
