A significant part of our operations is the Reputation Team, which actively monitors and manages our brand’s online presence by addressing feedback, mitigating risks, and fostering positive discussions across digital platforms. Through strategic engagement and crisis management, the team works to maintain trust, protect our reputation, and strengthen our brand’s credibility in a competitive landscape.

As a Junior Online Reputation Specialist you will acquire or strengthen skills in effective social media management, crisis handling, and SEO optimization and will help to raise our products' reputation even to greater heights.

• Learn how to engage with our customer community on social platforms, including Reddit and Quora, to manage discussions, address concerns, and positively influence our brands' reputation effectively and in a timely manner.
• Gain expertise in monitoring and analyzing reputation-related metrics while conducting competitive analysis within the industry.
• Manage and grow multiple social media profiles across various platforms globally, including creating unique content that meets specific performance indicators.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve engagement, post quality, and audience reach.
• Consistently brainstorm, design, and curate content with a deep understanding of Orbio brands, ensuring a high-quality brand image in every interaction.
• Collaborate with the core team and other colleagues to produce necessary visual and textual elements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, online forums, and digital reputation management
