Currently, we are looking for an experienced Head of Business Unit to join our team, own a solid portfolio of successful brands and leverage the newest AI technologies to drive innovation and growth. You won’t just be working on today’s technologies—you’ll be pioneering tomorrow’s.

If so, be ready to:
- Lead brand and product strategy, analyze market trends, competition, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Drive strategic planning and budgeting, ensure sustainable brand and business growth.
- Manage financial performance, deliver quarterly and yearly targets for revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA.
- Manage and optimize key business areas, including P&L, funnel efficiency, conversion rates, pricing strategies, and brand reputation.
- Oversee sales dev. across key channels and regions, drive expansion and business growth.
- Manage and align cross-functional teams, ensure all brand activities are prioritized and executed effectively.
Our expectations for you:
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce or DTC business management.
- A background in business leadership, marketing, sales, growth, or product management.
- Experience working with global brands or international markets.
- A strong strategic and analytical mindset, with a focus on business growth and optimization.
- The ability to manage priorities, align teams, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
