As a CRO Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the team’s workflow, running end-to-end experiments, analyzing data in depth, and developing conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- Manage CRO projects: Utilize the strengths of the team (UX/UI designer, Copywriter, Data Analyst) to generate project ideas, set timelines and deadlines, and ensure overall project success and quality while aligning with the company’s objectives (OKRs) and assessing risks.
- Developing the experiments roadmap: Work together with the Brand Owner and the Head of CRO to create an experiments roadmap.
- Assign tasks to the team: Distribute tasks based on each team member’s specific work and workload, provide continuous feedback, and ensure and evaluate quality.
- Oversee tests and their execution: Ensure that tests are well-managed and successfully implemented within the company.
- Perform data and performance analysis: Analyze data, assess performance, generate hypotheses, and take ownership of them.
- Collaborate with other Orbio World departments: Work with IT, Product, and Marketing departments to find common ground and compromises that will achieve the best results.
- Adapt to a dynamic and evolving eCommerce environment: Proactively adjust roadmap to meet changing market conditions and ensure that CRO initiatives remain agile in response to the rapid pace of eCommerce challenges and opportunities.
Here’s how you’ll contribute:
- Experience with digital optimization, digital marketing, or customer research.
- Experience using Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, or other analytics suites)
- Experience in gathering insights using a mixture of qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities to improve conversions and help inform test hypotheses.
- Hands-on experience in preparing and maintaining an overall optimization program by using an iterative approach (hypothesize, design, test, measure, optimize)
- A solid understanding of experimental data and the ability to derive actionable insights from the results as well as statistics related to AB testing.
- A clear understanding of key product metrics and business processes, as well as inbound marketing tactics.
- Technical understanding is not a must, but it is very welcomed (e.g., basic knowledge of HTML and CSS) and would help to collaborate easily with developers or engineers.

💵 Salary.
From 2600 to 4000 Eur/month Gross (the salary could vary, depending on your individual experience).
